By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the necessary consent where required.

Crossblood Diagnostics is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking issues beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (available separately on the Platform). Refund eligibility depends on:

• Time of cancellation
• Sample collection status
• Laboratory processing stage

7. Reports and Medical Disclaimer

Diagnostic reports are generated by accredited laboratory partners.

Crossblood Diagnostics does not guarantee medical outcomes or interpretations.

Users are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.

The Platform does not replace professional medical consultation.

8. Referral Program (If Applicable)

If the Platform offers a referral or reward program:

9. User Responsibilities

In the event of report delays or discrepancies, the Company will make reasonable efforts to investigate and coordinate with the respective laboratory partner to resolve the issue.

However, diagnostic reports are generated by accredited third-party laboratories, and Crossblood Diagnostics shall not be held liable for medical interpretations, technical inaccuracies, or delays beyond its reasonable control.

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crossblood Diagnostics from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
